If youāve followed me for any length of time, youāve likely seen a recurring theme in my posts: worry and fear are natural, but they should never be in charge. š āāļø
ACTION IS THE ANTIDOTE.
This quote stopped me in my tracks recently:
āDonāt stew. Donāt panic. Donāt catastrophize. Donāt overthink. Donāt ruminate. Donāt spiral. Donāt run through worst-case scenarios. Take action.ā šā”ļøā”
I donāt know about you, but Iāve done every single one of those things. Especially in seasons of uncertainty, transition, and change. š
Worry whispers worst-case scenarios. Fear loops mental scripts that havenāt happened- and likely never will. And suddenly, weāre frozen. š§
But we donāt have to stay there. š
Over the years, Iāve built my own internal āantidote listā when anxiety tries to take the driverās seat. š§ š
I want to share it with you, in case youāre navigating something that feels bigger than you right now. š
š Antidote Actions for When Youāre Struggling:
Fear thrives in stagnation. Faith is built in motion. āļøā”ļøšļø
Iām reminding myself today- and maybe you need the reminder too- that even the smallest action can break the loop of fear. You donāt need to do everything. Just do something. šŖāØ
Letās not let our minds talk us out of the good we are meant to walk into. š¶āāļøš¤ļø
Youāve got this. Letās keep moving. šš£
